Saw action in nine contests, posting 10 tackles with a pass breakup on defense and returning five kickoffs for a 15.8 yard average ... made his collegiate debut in the season-opening win at VMI, posting a pair of tackles ... had at least one tackle in eight of nine contests ... recorded two tackles in the win over Lehigh ... had one tackle and a pass breakup in a road win over Brown ... posted a career-long 27 yard kickoff return at Colgate, one of three kickoffs of at least 20 yards.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Named first-team all-state as a senior at Berkeley Preparatory School ... helped team to a state runner-up finish as a senior captain, recording 44 tackles with a pair of interceptions and three pass breakups ... played quarterback, running back, wide receiver, defensive back and linebacker during his career ... posted 115 career tackles with three interceptions, nine pass breakups and a pair of forced fumbles ... part of a district-title winning track and field team.

Dameian Jermain Hooker is the son of Dameian Hooker Sr. and Nye Moragne and has three younger brothers and a younger sister ... he is enrolled in the School of Hotel Management.
