Marinaro was a two-time all-region pick at quarterback at Bishop England HS ... accounted for 18 touchdowns, including 12 rushing scores, and 1,096 yards of total offense as a senior and 2,653 yards and 30 touchdowns in his career ... earned East Cooper Player of the Week honors three times in his career ... was also an all-region basketball and lacrosse player ... part of a 2021 state championship lacrosse team, earning second team all-lower state accolades at midfield ... helped the basketball team to a pair of regional titles.

PERSONAL
Eddie Louis Marinaro is the son of Ed Marinaro and Tracy York ... his father set the NCAA rushing record, was a three-time All-American and the runner-up for the 1971 Heisman Trophy as a star running back at Cornell before embarking on a six-year NFL career with the Minnesota Vikings, New York Jets and Seattle Seahawks ... he is enrolled in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
