• Diggs has tallied 20 tackles with two interceptions and a pair of pass breakups in seven contests (two starts).
• Made four tackles, broke up a pass and intercepted another in the season-opening loss to No. 22 VMI.
• Notched seven tackles with a breakup at Yale.
• Missed two games due to injury, returning in the win over Colgate with one tackle.
• Notched six stops against Brown.
• Intercepted a pass in the win at Penn.

As a junior (2020)

• Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
 

As a sophomore (2019)

• Recorded 23 tackles, 2.0 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, an interception, a pass breakup and a punt return touchdown in eight contests (three starts).
• Had a pair of stops at Marist in his collegiate debut.
• Credited with a special teams tackle at Ivy preseason favorite Yale.
• Made one stop against Georgetown.
• Earned his first career start at Harvard, collecting six tackles with a half-tackle for loss.
• Registered five tackles, including a half-tackle for loss, as well as an interception vs.Colgate.
• Had seven tackles, including a sack, and returned a punt 46 yards for a touchdown in a win over Brown.
• Missed the Penn game due to injury.
• Made a tackle in the Empire State Bowl win over Columbia.
 

As a freshman (2018)

Prior to Cornell

• Diggs earned all-region accolades as a senior at Franklin Road Academy.
• He was named to the Scholar-Athlete team as a junior and senior.
• He made 56 tackles with an interception and a forced fumble in his final season while playing safety.
• As a quarterback in his final season, Diggs passed for 2,059 yards and rushed for 637 more, accounting for 28 touchdowns (20 passing, eight rushing).
• He also was a decathlete on the track and field team, earning all-state honors in each of his final two seasons.
 

Personal

• Eric Sharod Diggs is the son of LaJuan and Erica Stoxstill-Diggs and has two younger brothers.
• He is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and the SC Johnson College of Business.
