Named the Private School Defensive Player of the Year as a senior at the Kinkaid School ... was an all-state choice in leading his team to a perfect 7-0 regular season in his final year ... two-time all-conference selection and four-year letter winner in football ... played on the defensive line and at tight end over his career, helping the team to three league titles ... also competed in track and field.

Ezekiel Jeremiah Evans is the son of Ernest Sr. and Sonya Evans and has two older brothers and two older sisters ... his father played football at Rice and his late brother, Ernest II, was a quarterback at Dartmouth ... he is enrolled in the College of Engineering.
