Biography

As a junior (2014)
• Played in three contests with two starts under center, completing 19-of-43 passes for 197 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
• Also ran eight times for three total yards.
• Started the 2014 season under center at Colgate, completing 10-of-19 passes for 102 yards with a touchdown and an interception.
• Completed 6-of-15 passes for 66 yards and a touchdown against Yale.
 • Missed four games (Bucknell, Harvard, Lehigh and Dartmouth) due to injury.

As a sophomore (2013)
• Few served as the team’s primary backup in 2013, seeing action in four games with his first career start in an Ivy League win over Columbia.
• For the season, Few completed 15-of-19 passes for 193 yards and two touchdowns and rushed the ball 13 times for eight yards and a score.
• He accounted for three touchdowns (two passing, one rushing) against the Lions while completing 14-of-17 passes for 178 yards.
• Few made his collegiate debut in the 2013 opener against Bucknell, attempting one pass, and completed his first career pass for 15 yards in relief at Mon­mouth.

As a freshman (2012)
• Few spent his first year developing under the tutelage of Kent Austin and behind record-setting quarterback Jeff Mathews in 2012.

At HB Plant HS
• Few was a second-team all-state pick as a senior at Plant HS and guided the team to a Class 8A state title.
• He was also part of a state championship team as a sophomore and a runner-up squad as a junior.
• A team captain as a senior, he was a first-team all-league, all-county and all-area at quarterback and also played safety during his three-year varsity career.
• A two-star national prospect by the scouting service Rivals.com, Few completed 160-of-246 passes (.650) for 2,513 yards and 29 touchdowns as a senior and ran for three other scores.
• Few was a two-year member of the varsity basketball team as well.

Personal
• James Durham Few is the son of John and Irene Few and has a younger brother.
• His father played football at Princeton, while his uncle, Rich McKay, also played football and is now president and CEO of the Atlanta Falcons.
• He is enrolled in the School of Hotel Administration.
