• Faulkenberry earned all-state honorable mention honors as a junior at Godley HS before finishing his career at Heritage HS.
• Set single-season passing records at two high schools - Heritage and Godley HS.
• Captured first-team all-district and all-county honors as a junior at Godley HS.
• Served as team captain as a senior.
• Compiled 7,632 career passing yards in four varsity seasons, including 3,046 yards and 32 touchdowns as a junior.
• Lettered three times in basketball and once in track and field.

• Jason Rush Faulkenberry is the son of Joel and Iryna Faulkenberry.
• His grandfather played football at West Texas State.
• He is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and the SC Johnson College of Business.
