Played in three contests as a reserve on the defensive line ... made his varsity debut in the season opener against No. 22 VMI ... also saw action at Yale and in the win over Colgate ... missed the final five games of the season due to injury.

2020 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Bowen was a two-time all-district selection at tight end at Louis D. Brandeis HS ... a San Antonio All-Star as a senior, he was chosen as a Dave Campbell Texas Football Scholar-Athlete of the Week ... he was invited to play in the San Antonio Sports All-Star Game ... also lettered in basketball and track and field, including as part of a state championship hoops team in 2020.

Kristopher Matthew Bowen is the son of Ken and Shannon Bowen and has an older sister ... both of his parents were collegiate athletes at USC, with his father playing football and his mother playing basketball ... he is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
