As a senior (2021)

• Played in all 10 contests this season on special teams and at tight end.
• Made his first career catch for 9 yards against Brown.
• Recorded special teams tackles against No. 15 Princeton and Columbia.
 

As a senior (2020)

•Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
 

As a junior (2019)

• Did not see varsity action, missing the first half of the season due to injury.
 

As a sophomore (2018)

• Earned field time in five contests as a reserve tight end and on special teams.
• Made first career catch at Princeton.

Prior to Cornell

• Benham was a first-team all-state selection by both USA Today and the state’s sport writers as a senior tight end at Greece Athena HS.
• The varsity captain caught seven touchdowns on offense and posted 83 tackles and 12 sacks on defense for the state finalists.
• The three-time all-county pick earned a spot on the New York State Scholar All-State Football team.
• An All-Greater-Rochester Area first-team pick in his final season, Benham was chosen to play in the Eddie Meath All-Star game.
• He was chosen to receive the Don Hagreen Award and the Section V Football and Western Regional Sportsmanship Awards.
• Benham played four seasons of varsity lacrosse.
