As a junior (2015)
• Deutz was second on the Big Red in receptions (23) and third in receiving yards (241) as a junior.
• Played in all 10 contests with five starts.
• Posted 15 yards each on one rush and one catch at Dartmouth.
• Made six catches for 54 yards at Princeton.
• Caught five passes for 34 yards and ran once for 13 yards against Brown.
• Hauled in four catches for 74 yards at Sacred Heart and had four catches for 31 yards at Penn.
• Had one carry for 11 yards in the 2015 season opener against Bucknell.
• Made two catches for 29 yards against Colgate.

As a sophomore (2014)
• Played in nine contests on special teams and at wide receiver.
• Caught 16 passes for 197 yards and two touchdowns.
• Ran the ball twice for 17 yards and posted three special teams tackles.
• Caught six passes for 102 yards and a touchdown in the season finale at Penn, running for 19 yards on his only carry as well.
• Made his first career catch at Bucknell, hauling in a 19-yard first quarter touchdown.
• Caught a career-high four catches for 42 yards at Columbia.
• Caught two passes for 21 yards at Harvard, including a career-long 20-yard grab.
• Hauled in a career-high three passes for 13 yards vs. Lehigh.
• Had three special teams tackles vs. Dartmouth.

As a freshman (2013)
• Deutz played in three games as a reserve wide receiver and on special teams as a freshman in 2013 and is expected to challenge for a larger role this coming season.
• He earned a spot on the travel team late in the season, even making one tackle in the season finale against Penn.

At Miramonte HS
• Deutz was a first-team all-league selection at both wide receiver and defensive back as a senior at Miramonte HS.
• Deutz caught 49 passes for 665 yards and eight touchdowns and scored four more times on the ground.
• Defensively, he made 21 tackles with three interceptions and a pair of fumble recoveries.
• He earned honorable mention all-league accolades as a junior.
• Deutz also was a three-year letter winner in track as a sprinter and played one year of rugby.

Personal
• Robert Marshall Deutz is the son of TJ Deutz and Diana Jackson and has an older brother and younger sister.
• He comes from a long line of Cornellians, including two aunts and two cousins.
• He is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
