As a senior (2018)

• Started nine games (eight at right tackle) and has played in all 10 contests.
• Moved to right tackle for the 2018 season opener at Delaware, earning his 11th consecutive start on the offensive line.
• Helped Cornell rush for 1,561 yards and 13 touchdowns, the most rushing yards in a season since 2006 (1,821).
• The team allowed 18 sacks, down from 28 the previous year and the fewest by a Big Red offensive line since surrendering 17 in 2006
• Cornell averaged 156.1 rushing yards per game despite playing seven of 10 opponents ranked in the top 20 nationally against the rush entering the game – doubled opponents season average entering the game on four occasions.
• Helped the Big Red rush for 155 yards and two touchdowns against the nation’s top-ranked rushing defense of Harvard (50.0 ypg.).
 

As a junior (2017)

• Started all 10 games of the season at left tackle.
• Part of an offensive line that helped increase its rushing average 25.0 yards per game over last season.
• The unit allowed just 10 sacks over the final seven games while posting 163.7 rushing yards per game over that same span.
• The team’s 14 rushing touchdowns were the most by a Big Red team in a single season since 2007.
 

As a sophomore (2016)

• Played in each of the team’s first four games as a reserve on the offensive line, seeing action in eight games overall.
• Saw his first varsity action in the season-opening win over Bucknell.
 

As a freshman (2015)

• Spent his rookie season on the scout team while competing for the junior varsity.
 

At Capital HS

• A three-sport athlete at Capital HS, Manning was a two-time all-league selection on the offensive line in football.
• He earned all-area honors from The Olympian as a senior.
• Manning was part of a team that reached the state semifinals his sophomore season.
• He also played both basketball and baseball as a prep.
 

Personal

• Mason Manning III is the son of Mason Manning Jr. amd Sonja Berg-Manning and has a sister.
• His mom played college volleyball and basketball.
• He is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
