Biography

At Hazleton
Drumheller, a four-time letter-winner and captain his senior year, was a member of three district championship teams while at Hazleton HS. He was named first-team all-area in 2007 and 2008, and was also named to the Reading Eagle All-Anthracite team in both his junior season, as a tight end, and his senior season, as a quarterback. As a tight end, Drumheller caught 14 passes for 220 yards and five touchdowns, and after converting to quarterback, threw for 1,007 yards and 10 touchdowns. He also earned two letters as a member of the school’s baseball team.

Matthew James Drumheller is the son of Jim and Joann Drumheller and has an older sister. Drumheller is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
