• Trimbur was a first-team all-state wide receiver as a senior at South Fayette HS.
• Hauled in 57 receptions for 1,096 yards and 16 scores in his final season.
• Was a first-team all-league pick on both offense and defense as a junior and senior.
• Named a Fab 22 selection as a senior captain.
• Led team to a WPIAL championship.
• He also competed for three seasons in track and field in the jumps.
 

Personal

• Michael Jon Trimbur is the son of Mathew and Lauren Trimbur and has two older brothers.
• His brother, Daniel, is also a member of the Cornell football team.
• His cousins Taylor (women's soccer, Penn State) and Connor (wrestling, Stanford) Schram also compete in college athletics.
• He is enrolled in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
