Prior to Cornell

• Marks was named a two-time first-team all-conference pick at linebacker while playing for Adlai E. Stevenson HS.
• He was a two-time all-area pick and served as team captain as a senior.
• A two-time academic all-state selection, Marks was the team MVP in his final season after registering more than 200 career tackles.
• He also lettered in lacrosse.
