As a junior (2014)
• Picked up the start in the 2014 opener at strong safety and made eight tackles against Colgate.
• Missed the final nine games due to injury.

As a sophomore (2013)
• Terrell earned his first varsity letter as a sophomore safety in 2013, emerging as a big play threat on the defensive side of the ball.
• Terrell ended the season with 34 tackles, a tackle for loss, an interception, a pass breakup, a blocked kick and a fumble recovery while spending a majority of the campaign as a reserve.
• He intercepted his first career pass in the win over Columbia and had his breakout game with eight tackles and a blocked kick at Monmouth.
• Terrell also had seven stops at Princeton and notched five tackles and one for a loss at Dartmouth.
• He recovered a fumble against Colgate.

As a freshman (2012)
• He played on the scout team as a freshman in 2012.

At Woodland HS
• Terrell was a four-sport star at Woodland HS, excelling in football, track and field, basketball and wrestling.
• A four-year starter on the gridiron while playing running back and wide receiver, Terrell rushed for 309 yards and three touchdowns (8.1 yards per carry) and caught 17 passes for 265 yards and three more scores as a senior.
• He also played on the defensive side of the ball at safety.
• Terrell was a two-year starter and an all-county selection and state qualifier as a senior on the wrestling team.
• He was part of a state championship team as a junior.
• On the track, Terrell was a two-year team captain and helped the squad to a regional title as a junior.

Personal
• Twan Edward Terrell is the son of Kimberly Hayes and has an older brother and younger sister.
• He is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
