Biography

At Cornell: Vivian spent his freshman season playing for the junior varsity and will attempt to break into the rotation in the defensive backfield in 2008. He is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.

At Minnehaha: An Associated Press honorable mention all-state selection as a senior at Minnehaha Academy, Vivian was also a first-team all-conference pick. The two-time team MVP had 77 tackles and two interceptions in his final campaign. He added a sack and a blocked kick during the year. On offense, he rushed for 511 yards on 7.0 yards per carry and scored three times.

Personal: Tyler John Vivian is the son of John and Barbara Vivian and has an older sister.
