• Made his varsity debut as a reserve in the win over Sacred Heart.
• Was a member of the travel team much of the year on the offensive line.

• Strong earned first-team all-state honors after leading his Mount Paran Christian School team to a state title and a perfect 14-0 campaign.
• Named the Marietta Daily Journal Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
• Earned all-region honors in both football and basketball.
• Was a four-year letter winner in basketball and a two-year letter winner in golf.
