Career Stats

At Cornell
Murdock played in three games at defensive tackle in 2010, earning his first varsity letter. Murdock spent nearly the entire season on the two-deep, posting four tackles, including one for a loss. He notched three tackles, including one behind the line of scrimmage, against Colgate. The converted linebacker missed most of the 2009 campaign with an injury. Murdock opened the 2008 season in the lineup as a backup and on special teams for the opener at Bucknell before being injured and missing the remainder of the season. Murdock is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.

At Kiski Area
Murdock was named a first-team all-area selection by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and the Valley News Dispatch as a senior at Kiski Area HS. The first-team all-league pick had a team-best 146 tackles as a senior en route to team MVP honors. He also was awarded the team’s best linebacker and Iron Man winner. A three-year starter, Murdock was a second-team all-league pick as a junior and finished his career ranked third on the school’s career tackles list (252) and second in solo stops (133).
