Played in four contests off the bench, averaging 3.3 points, 1.5 rebounds and 1.3 assists ... opened the season with five points, three rebounds and two assists in a win over Marywood ... ripped down two rebounds at Army West Point ... scored eight points with three assists in a victory over Penn State Schuylkill, connecting on a pair of 3-pointers … missed the second half of the season due to injury

2023-24 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Saw action in three contests off the bench ... averaged 4.7 points and 0.7 rebounds ... posted 14 points in 14 minutes of action ... shot 63 percent from the floor while making 4-of-7 from beyond the 3-point arc (57 percent) ... made his collegiate debut in the win over SUNY Morrisville, scoring two points ... netted 12 points with two rebounds on 4-of-5 shooting from beyond the arc in the win over Wells. 

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Imegwu was a first-team all-state selection as a senior at Blair Academy ... first-team all-league pick in his final campaign ... part of two league champions, including as a senior captain. 

PERSONAL
Ian Alexander Imegwu is the son of Diane Moss and Obi Imegwu and has two older brothers ... his older brother, Alex, played basketball at Penn ... he is enrolled in the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management.
