2025 | JUNIOR SEASON
Made 15 relief appearances out of Big Red bullpen, posting a 1-1 record with 6.39 ERA over 12 2/3 innings … had seven shutout appearances over final nine outings and allowed one run or fewer in 14 of his 15 appearances … struck out season-high two batters on three occasions, coming against UAB (March 8) and Binghamton (April 15 and April 29) … did not allow a run or hit in five straight games between April 5-19.

2024 | SOPHOMORE SEASON
Lone appearance of season came against Binghamton (May 1) ... pitched one scoreless inning, allowing one hit and striking out one.

2023 | FRESHMAN SEASON
Made six relief appearances on the season ... struck out two batters in 3.1 innings of work ... pitched season-high 1.0 innings against Ithaca (April 4) and Binghamton (April 11).

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Four-year letterwinner at Hendrick Hudson HS ... named team captain for 2022 season, where he was an All-League and All-Section selection, while being named the team's MVP ... aided team to pair of league championships (2019, 2021) ... also played basketball for three years ... named to high honor roll in all four years of high school ... member of National Honor Society, Math and Spanish Honor Societies.

Josh Jason Shea is the son of David and Beth Shea, and has one sister ... mother played tennis at Brown; uncle, Ken Katz, played played tennis at Princeton ... grandmother attended Cornell ... enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
