At Cornell
With almost 10 years as part of the Strength & Conditioning staff at Cornell, Rogan currently oversees women’s lacrosse, women’s basketball, field hockey, and gymnastics. Rogan also assists with football and men’s basketball.
In the spring of 2021, Rogan received the Gatorade/CSCCa Young Achievement Award, given to an up-and-coming coach in the field who has a well-rounded, holistic approach to conditioning with a knowledge of science, nutrition, and communications in addition to basic conditioning. Rogan is the first woman to ever receive the award.
During her tenure, Rogan has had success with multiple different teams. In 2016, women’s lacrosse won its first Ivy League tournament, and in 2017 were regular season champions. They have also had numerous individual honors over the years, including first-team All-Ivy selections from 2013-2019, All-Americans in 2013, 2016, 2017, and Ivy League Players of the Year in 2014 and 2017.
In 2019, women’s basketball qualified for its first-ever Ivy tournament and has had multiple first-team All-Ivy selections (2015, 2016, 2017, 2019).
Gymnastics has seen more than its share of success over the years, including Ivy Classic championships in 2016 and 2017 and an ECAC title in 2016. In addition, gymnastics has had multiple individual Ivy Classic event champions almost every season (2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019) and ECAC event champions in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2019. The team has earned 40 USAG Collegiate All-America awards over the past eight years and has had three individual USAG Collegiate nationals event winners (two in 2018, 2019).
