At Cornell
Rogan has been part of the strength and conditioning staff at Cornell since 2012, and the assistant director since 2019. She currently oversees women’s lacrosse, women’s basketball, field hockey, and gymnastics, while also assisting with men’s basketball.

Rogan’s teams have claimed Ivy League championships, USAG Championships, and made NCAA appearances. She has coached over 30 All-Americans, over 20 First Team All-Ivy Athletes, and five Player of the Year athletes. She has led teams and individuals to multiple records including all-time leading scorers in women’s basketball and field hockey, and all-time record holders in gymnastics.

In the spring of 2021, Rogan received the Gatorade/CSCCA Young Achievement Award, given to an up-and-coming coach in the field who has a well-rounded, holistic approach to conditioning with a knowledge of science, nutrition, and communications in addition to basic conditioning. Rogan was the first woman to ever receive the award.

In the spring of 2025, Rogan received Master Strength & Conditioning Coach (MSCC) distinctions. To earn MSCC status, coaches must meet rigorous criteria, including holding a bachelor's degree, being a full-time collegiate or professional strength coach for at least 12 years, maintaining CSCCA membership, and holding the organization's NCCA-accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) certification. It is recognized as the highest honor that can be achieved in the strength and conditioning profession.

Outside of coaching, Rogan has served on the CSCCA National Conference Speaker Selection Committee since 2022, as well as the CSCCA Practical Exam Committee since 2025. She also engages with female identifying student-athletes across all varsity teams at Cornell, co-founding a program called SAGE (Sport and Gender Equity), which provides education and programming to female identifying student-athletes.

Rogan is a 2010 graduate of Binghamton University where she graduated with a B.S. in Human Development, and a 2011 graduate of Ithaca College with an M.S. in Exercise Physiology. During her undergraduate career, she was a four-year member of the women’s lacrosse team, serving as captain her senior year.
