Cornell University Athletics

Kait Petryszyn joined the Big Red in July 2024. Her current team assignments include Men's Ice Hockey, Men's and Woman's Polo, and Golf.

Before coming to work at Cornell, Kait worked at a private school in Syracuse, NY for two years, Christian Brothers Academy. In 2019, she was an athletic training student under Mandi Breigle, with Cornell cross country and indoor track teams.

In 2021, Kait graduated from SUNY Cortland with her bachelor's degree in Athletic Training. In 2023, she graduated from Indiana State University with her Doctorate in Athletic Training. During her time at ISU she also worked as the head athletic trainer at a 3A junior and senior high school in western Indiana for a year before moving to the Syracuse area.

She has been a NATABOC Certified Athletic Trainer since 2021.

Kait is a Binghamton, NY native and currently resides in Freeville, NY
