At Cornell

Mike Missen joined the Big Red Strength and Conditioning Staff from Syracuse University where he spent the past four years directing sports performance for men’s lacrosse, women’s ice hockey and women’s tennis. Prior to Syracuse, Missen spent three years as a graduate assistant strength coach at the University of Kentucky working directly with men’s tennis, men’s and women’s golf, men’s cheerleading, and as the lead assistant with baseball, swimming, track and men’s soccer.

Missen resides in Lansing, N.Y. with his wife, Sarah, who works as an athletic trainer at Cornell.  The couple has a son, Logan, and daughter, Payton.
