Career:
Lewis played in every single game during his four-year career at Cornell, finishing with 27 goals and eight assists for 35 career points.

At Cornell:
Lewis saw action in all 16 games during his senior season, seeing significant time on the Big Red’s second midfield line. He scored 14 goals and tallied two assists for 16 points on the year. He registered at least one point in 10 contests, including a career-high three points with two goals and one assist vs. both Syracuse and Towson. Lewis played in all 14 games as a junior, making four starts for the Big Red. He was the fifth leading scorer on the team with 11 goals and four assists for 15 points on the season. Lewis registered at least one point in all but two games during the season, including a streak of eight-straight games to open the season. As a sophomore, Lewis saw action in all 14 games with his best outing coming against Hobart where he tallied one goal and one assist. He also scored a goal vs. Dartmouth for a total of three points on the season. Lewis saw key minutes as a freshman, and registered his first career point with an assist in the Big Red's home win over Binghamton in 2004.

At Shenendehowa:
A standout lacrosse and ice hockey player at Shenendehowa HS, Lewis was an All-America selection in lacrosse his senior year. He also was a two-time first-team Suburban Council all-star and a three-time first-team Troy Record all-star. Lewis played for the Capital District Selects, a member of the Eastern Junior Hockey League.

Casey M. Lewis is the son of Gordon and Karyl Lewis and is enrolled in Cornell's College of Human Ecology. He has an older brother and an older sister.
