Transfer from Amherst, picking up four ground balls and causing a turnover in three appearances in an abbreviated freshman season in 2020 due to COVID-19 ... played his high school career at the Brunswick School, helping the team win back-to-back New England West I Championships in 2017 and 2018 ... guided the Brunswick School to top-10 national rankings to end the year in three-straight seasons from 2017-19, including finishing the season ranked #4 in 2017 ... recipient of the U.S. Lacrosse Bob Scott Award in 2019, an award which recognizes a player who goes above and beyond in service to his team, school, and community ... earned a spot on the 2018 CONNY Under Armour All-America Underclass Team ... also played football at the Brunswick School, helping the team to an appearance at the NEPSAC Class A Mike Silipo Championship Bowl Game at wide receiver ... played on the club circuit for Eclipse Lacrosse Club.

Charles Edward Packard is the son of Chip and Kristine Packard and has three younger sisters ... his sisters Antonia and Alessia are both student-athletes at Cornell, as Antonia is a member of the field hockey team and Alessia plays on the women's lacrosse team ... his father, Chip, played football at the University of San Diego, graduating in 1993 ... he is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
