Biography
At CornellJunior (2014): Hunt saw a significant jump in playing time his junior season, becoming the Big Red’s starting long stick defensive midfield. Over the course of 16 games, he picked up 33 ground balls and caused 15 turnovers. Hunt also registered the first points of his collegiate career, scoring against Hobart and Dartmouth. He registered a career-high five ground balls vs. both Harvard and Princeton, and was stellar vs. Brown with a career-high five caused turnovers.
Sophomore (2013): Hunt saw a significant jump in playing time, getting into eight contests during his sophomore season, including all three NCAA tournament games. He picked three ground balls and caused two turnovers on the season.
Freshman (2012): Hunt saw action in just one game during his rookie campaign, playing against Canisius.
At De La Salle HSA high school All-American in 2011, Hunt was a three year letter winner at De La Salle HS, serving as team captain during his senior season. He was a two-time first-team all-league selection and helped his squad to back-to-back section championships in 2009 and 2010. Hunt also played football and basketball.
PersonalConnor Francis Hunt is the son of Kevin and Barbara Hunt and he has one younger brother and one younger sister. He is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
