Biography

At Cornell: Luoto saw action in four games during his first season with the Big Red, playing against Canisius, Denver, Binghamton and Penn. 

At Torrey Pines: A three-time letter winner at Torrey Pines HS, Luoto served as team captain during his senior season. He helped the Falcons to back-to-back San Diego sectional and California state championships in 2003 and 2004. A two-time all-star, he was named the Attackman of the Year, as well as the Union Tribune Player of the Year following his senior season.


Personal: Jonathan Clark Luoto is the son of Gary and Gwen Luoto and he has an older brother and older sister. He is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
