At Cornell: Dorne saw a significant jump in playing time during his sophomore season, seeing action in 14 games and making nine starts. He picked up five ground balls on the year. Dorne provided solid depth at the midfield for the Big Red, seeing action in eight games during his rookie campaign. He scored a goal on his only shot of the season, finding the back of the net vs. Penn. He also picked up one ground ball vs. the Quakers.

At Delbarton: A three-year letter winner, Dorne led Delbarton to three conference and state championships, as well as two county titles. He was named first-team all-conference and a Gill-Gibbs All-Star. Dorne also lettered in football and served as team captain of both teams in his senior season.

Personal: Maximilian Skyrla Dorne is the son of Peter and Leslie Dorne and has two brothers. He is enrolled in the College of Architecture, Art and Planning.
