2024-25 | JUNIOR SEASON
Saw action in 35 games... registered 20 points on two goals and 18 assists... was named Second-Team All-Ivy... notched the lone goal in the NCAA Regional Championship game against Minnesota-Duluth to send Cornell to the Frozen Four...made 31 blocks.

2023-24 I SOPHOMORE SEASON 
Saw action in 34 games… registered 10 points on one goal and nine assists... registered 38 blocks on the year... had two multi-point games. 

2022-23 | FRESHMAN SEASON
Played in 32 games, registering 15 points on seven goals and eight assists… blocked 41 shots… named to the Ivy-League First Team and ECAC Hockey All-Rookie Team.
 
PRIOR TO CORNELL
Won gold at the 2022 World U18 Championships as part of Team Canada… won league and provincial titles as a senior assistant captain while suiting up for the Etobicoke Junior Dolphins of the EDGHL… played three seasons of ice hockey at St. Marcellinus Secondary School… two-time Athlete of the Year finalist and team MVP as a senior… won a regional title as a sophomore and reached the finals as a senior… invited to compete at numerous regional, provincial and national team camps… also competed in track and field and cross country… won a regional title in the shot put and was named team MVP as a freshman as her team won the team regional crown… twice part of regional championship cross country squads.
 
PERSONAL
Alyssa Emily Regalado is the daughter of Andre and Sandra Regalado and has a younger sister… she is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
