2024-25 | SENIOR SEASON
Played in 35 games... registered 22 points on 12 goals and 10 assists... scored a pair of game-winners, including against Clarkson in the ECAC-Hockey semifinals in triple-overtime to advance Cornell past Clarkson... earned a team-lead 382 face off victories...surpassed 50 career goals against the Harvard Crimson.

2023-24 I JUNIOR SEASON 
Saw action in 34 games… named Second Team All-Ivy... registered 34 points on 16 goals and 18 assists... scored four game-winners for the Big Red... earned 381 wins at the face off dot.

2022-23 I SOPHOMORE SEASON
Played in 27 games… registered 27 points on 11 goals and 16 assists… totaled two game-winning-goals… notched one game-tying goal… blocked 10 shots.
 
2021-22 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Saw action in 30 games… registered 27 points by way of 14 goals and 13 assists… ECAC Hockey Rookie of the Year… ECAC Hockey All-Rookie Team.
 
PRIOR TO CORNELL
Finalist for Ms. Hockey 2020, Minnesota’s Best Player Award… served as captain at The Blake School for 2019-20 season, earning All-Metro First Team and the team most valuable player honors… three-time All-Minnesota State (2019, 20; Honorable Mention 2018)… four-time all-conference selection (2017, 18, 19, 20)… member of 2016 and 2017 Minnesota State High School League Champion teams, including all-tournament accolade in 2017… North American Hockey Academy Tournament Champion in 2019 with the Minnesota Jr. Whitecaps.
 
PERSONAL
Lily Graham Delianedis is the daughter of Dan and Christina Delianedis… has an older sister… father, Dan, played hockey at Colgate (1982-86) before a four-year professional career that included a stint in the New Jersey Devils' system… she is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
