At Cornell
Victoria Lux joined the Big Red in June, 2023, after a year at Ivy opponent, Dartmouth.

Prior to Cornell
Lux spent the season prior to Cornell as an assistant coach for Dartmouth women's basketball where she worked with post players and assisted in recruiting. Prior to her season at Dartmouth, she served as an assistant coach at MIT, where she helped develop a Conference and Regional Player of the Year, Christina Antonakakis. She served as a graduate assistant coach at Regis College from 2019-2021.

Before taking up coaching, Lux, a four year member of the women's basketball team at Bentley University where she accumulated more than 1,000 points and finished her collegiate as a top-five rebounder in program history, competed at the semi-professional level. She played in the WABA for the New England Trailblazers, where she helped the team to a Final Four appearance in 2021.
