As a Senior (2015-16)

As the Big Red’s captain her senior year, Poudrier continued to be a difference-maker for Cornell. She closed the season with 13 points on four goals and nine assists. Poudrier helped the Big Red to the Windjammer Classic title and was named the tournament MVP after recording a goal and an assist in a 4-2 statement win over Boston University on Nov. 28 before notching a goal and two helpers in a 4-0 blanking of Vermont the next day. On Jan. 9, she scored the game-winner in a 5-3 in a key conference victory over Dartmouth. She also recorded assists in three of the Big Red’s final four regular season games, helping Cornell go 4-0-0 over that span to earn a playoff berth. In addition to her contributions on the scoresheet, Poudrier was the leader of the Big Red blue line. She finished the season with an impressive career-high and team-high 84 blocked shots, posting four or more on nine occasions throughout the year. Serving on the top defensive pair for most of the season, Poudrier was also an integral cog in Cornell’s power play and penalty kill.

As a Junior (2014-15)
Poudrier was a stalwart on the back end for the Big Red in 2014-15, appearing in all 33 games. Playing a big role throughout the season, she led all Cornell blue-liners with 94 shots on the year. She finished third among the team’s defenders with 17 points on three goals and 14 assists. She led the team’s defense with a +13 and 76 blocks for the season, ranking among ECAC Hockey leaders in the latter. Becoming an increasingly aggressive player throughout the season, she had an impressive showing at the ECAC Hockey Tournament, tallying one assist on an excellent end-to-end play. Poudrier was named to the All-Tournament Team at the conclusion of the two days.

As a Sophomore (2013-14)
Poudrier played a key role in transition defense this season and recorded eight goals and 19 assists for 27 points and 38 blocks. She had two three-point games and scored at least one point in 19 of 32 games she appeared in. She was named ECAC Hockey Player of the Week for Mar. 11 after she scored the game-winning goal to lift the Big Red over against Clarkson, 1-0, in the ECAC Hockey Tournament Championship. She earned Ivy League Honorable Mention and 3rd Team All-ECAC Hockey honors for her solid and consistent defensive play.

As a Freshman (2012-13)
The top-scoring freshman defenseman on the Cornell roster, Poudrier had four goals and 11 assists in her first year with the Big Red. Though she missed the first few weeks of the season, she started fast once she got on the ice, scoring goals in her first two games. She had three points in the team’s home win over RPI in early February, and she was named the ECAC Hockey Rookie of the Week on Nov. 5. Poudrier also earned a spot on the ECAC Hockey All Rookie Team.
