AT CORNELL
Since joining the Big Red in September of 2022, Crowley has played an integral part in rebuilding Cornell back to national prominence. In his first two seasons as apart of the Cornell staff, the Big Red improved its win total, and winning percentage each season, going from 14 wins (.500) in 2021-22 to 25 wins (.750) in 2023-24.

In 2024-25, the Big Red continued the trend of improvement during Crowley's tenure, increasing its winning percentage again, earning a 25-5-5 (.786) record. Cornell returned to the Frozen Four for the first time since 2019 after claiming an Ivy League title along with an ECAC Hockey regular season and tournament title.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Crowley was hired as the assistant men's ice hockey coach at SUNY Potsdam after graduating college (undergrad), where the team qualified for the SUNYAC postseason in both the 2009-10 and 2011-12 seasons. Crowley served as the primary recruiter for the program bringing in 23 recruits over a three-year period. During his time with the Bears, three players earned All-SUNYAC recognition and three members were named to the All-Rookie team.

Crowley directed Elmira to a 127-21-10 record over six seasons and an 88-4-3 conference record to become the winningest coach in program history. Discounting the COVID-shortened 2020-21 season, the Soaring Eagles won four consecutive United Collegiate Hockey Conference (UCHC) regular-season and tournament titles before capturing the 2021-22 New England Hockey Conference (NEHC) regular season and tournament titles. Elmira qualified for the NCAA Division III Championships each season.

As interim head coach in 2016-17, Crowley's team went 14-2-2 and was runner-up at the ECAC West Tournament before making its fifth consecutive appearance in the NCAA Division III Tournament. He then guided Elmira to the inaugural UCHC regular-season and tournament titles, and a runner-up finish in the NCAA title game in 2017-18. Elmira won at least 22 games in four of the next five seasons, going 13-1 during the COVID-interrupted 2020-21 campaign.

Before taking over the women's program, Crowley spent four years as an assistant men's coach. During his time on the bench, Crowley helped guide the Soaring Eagles to the program's 10th ECAC West Title and had one player receive ACHA All-American accolades.

PLAYING EXPERIENCE
Crowley was a four-year member of the men's ice hockey team at SUNY Brockport and was a member of Brockport's first playoff victory in school history. An assistant captain during his final year, Crowley was a SUNYAC All-Academic honoree. He also received the Bob Peterson Coaches Award as well as Brockport's Seventh Man Award. He graduated in 2009 with a degree in Business Administration. He earned his master's degree in Organizational Leadership in 2012 from SUNY Potsdam.
