As a Freshman (2017)
Monello appeared in two contests for the Big Red during her rookie campaign. She made her collegiate debut in the team’s season-opening win at Villanova on Feb. 18 and then saw action in the March 7 win over Colgate.

Before Cornell
Monello was a 2016 US Lacrosse All-American and US Lacrosse Academic All-American. She was a two-time captain at Wilsonville High School, where she helped lead the squad to four-straight Northwest Oregon Conference Championships. She was named first-team all-league all four years in high school, a first-team all-state honoree in 2016, and was a two-time state all-star. In 2013 and 2015, she played for Team Oregon at the Women's Division National Tournament. She was a member of the National Honor Society in high school.

Personal
Alexandria Marie Monello is the daughter of Brett and Kerri Monello. Her father played volleyball at Stanford University. She has an older brother, Julius, and two younger sisters, Samantha and Kennedy. She is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
