At Cornell
Lauren Paul joined the Cornell women's lacrosse coaching staff during the fall of 2021 and was promoted to Director of Operations in the fall of 2022. She is responsible for a number of essential roles, including practice preparation, team travel, film and social media execution.
Playing Career
A two-time All-MAAC player at Niagara, including a first-teamer as a grad student, Paul was a three-time member of the conference's all-academic team. She served as team captain for three years (2019-21) while earning her bachelor's degree in accounting in 2019 and her master's in 2021. The native of Baldwinsville, N.Y. was a Dean's List member over nine semesters while at Niagara.
