Biography
As a senior (2022)
• Opened all 16 contests, posting 22 draw controls, 16 ground balls and 10 caused turnovers.
• Made her first Cornell start in the season-opening win at Villanova, posting three caused turnovers and two ground balls.
• Won a pair of ground balls with two draw controls at Princeton.
• Earned four draws in a win over Albany and three in a narrow loss to Brown.
• Had two ground balls, two caused turnovers and two draw controls vs. Yale in the regular season.
• Posted three ground ball wins with a caused turnover and a draw control in the Ivy League Tournament semifinal against Yale.
As a junior (2021)
• Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As a sophomore (2020)
• Played in three contests as a reserve.
• Made her Cornell debut in the win over Marist.
• Also saw time against Penn State.
• Captured a draw controls win in the victory over Columbia.
Prior to Cornell
• Was a first-team all-region selection as a freshman at the University of Chicago.
• Named CCIW Offensive Player of the Year, CCIW Newcomer of the Year and to the all-conference first team.
• Started all 18 games for the first-year program, leading the team in goals (66), points (91), draw controls (157), ground balls (81), caused turnovers (44), shots (131) and shots on goal (110).
• Added 25 assists on the season.
• Scored a season-high eight goals versus DePauw and Augustana.
• Posted a season-best 16 draw controls versus Elmhurst.
• Collected 15 draw controls, 13 ground balls, five caused turnovers, four goals and four assists at Carroll.
• Posted seven caused turnovers and five goals against Calvin.
• Tallied six goals, six caused turnovers, six draw controls and nine ground balls versus North Central.
• Three-time CCIW Player of the Week.
• CCIW Academic All-Conference pick.
• Captained the field hockey, ice hockey and lacrosse teams as a senior at Greenwich Academy.
• She was named to the U.S. Lacrosse All-America team in her final season.
• Named an all-league pick as both a junior and senior in both field hockey and lacrosse.
• Led her field hockey team to a New England title in 2018.

• Karina Boyd Schulze is the daughter of Kory and Katherine Schulze and has a sister, Grace.
• Her sister plays field hockey at Princeton.
• She is enrolled in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
