At Oakland Mills HS
A three-year letter winner and two-year starter in lacrosse at Oakland Mills HS, Hise had 54 goals and was named team MVP in her final season. The second-team all-county pick was team captain in 2008 and received the Marine Corps Athlete Award in her senior year. Hise was a two-year letter winner in basketball, and earned seven state scholar-athlete awards during her prep career.

Kristen Alexandria Hise is the daughter of Stephan and Debora Hise and has a younger sister. She is enrolled in the College of Human Ecology.
