Served as caption of her high school lacrosse team for three years... earned First Team All-County in 2022 and received an Honorable Mention in 2024... also competed on the field hockey and basketball team... was a member of the National Honor Society, One Love Club, Student Government and received C. Kelly Markland Award.

Lily Page Mullen is the daughter of Jamison and Tara Mullen... she has two brothers... she is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
