As a Senior (2017)
Baker appeared in four contests for the Big Red during her senior season, making her first career start against Harvard on April 29.

As a Junior (2016)
Baker appeared in two contests for the Big Red as a junior, scoring a goal in a 14-5 win over Binghamton.

As a Sophomore (2015)
Baker appeared in three contests for the Big Red in her second season. She made her season debut in the victory over Binghamton on 3/11. She collected one ground ball and a pair of caused turnovers in the victory over Brown on 3/21. Her final appearance of the season came against Cal (3/29). She tallied her first collegiate goal and point in the victory over the Golden Bears.

As a Freshman (2014)
Baker saw action in one game this season, helping the Big Red defeat Binghamton, 15-4 on March 11.

Before Cornell
Baker, a midfielder, played four years for Florida high school powerhouse Vero Beach, where she helped the team to four consecutive state championships from 2010 to 2013. She was a First Team All-American in 2013 and was also named First Team All-Region in 2012 and 2013, First Team All-District in those years and an Academic All-American in 2013. Baker was her school's team captain in her senior year and made the South Florida National Team in 2012. She was also named to the Under Armour Underclassmen All-America South Team as a sophomore in 2011. Besides lacrosse, Baker was a four-year member of the weightlifting team in high school.  She played her club lacrosse for XTeam.

Personal
Meredith Stirling Baker is the daughter of Seth and Mary Baker. She has one older brother named Andrew.
