As a senior (2019)

• Made nine appearances with two starts. 
• Won two ground balls and a draw control while also causing three turnovers.
• Made her first collegiate start in a 10-7 win over Brown.
• Also started against Syracuse.
• Caused a pair of turnovers and won a ground ball vs. Syracuse.
• Won a ground ball and secured a draw control victory in a win over Binghamton.
 

As a junior (2018)

• Appeared in eight games, picking up first-career ground ball at Penn State while also controlling one draw.
 

As a sophomore (2017)

• Saw time in two games for the Big Red during sophomore season, playing on April 15 at Dartmouth and on April 18 at Syracuse.
• Registered one caused turnover against the Orange.
 

As a freshman (2016)

• Appeared in 10 games as a freshman.
• Finished with three draw controls, one against Columbia, one at Binghamton and one against national powerhouse Syracuse.
 

Before Cornell

• Paletta captained the Greenwich HS varsity team her senior season, when she was named to the MSG Varsity All-Connecticut Girls Lacrosse Team and was a Hearst Connecticut Media Girls Lacrosse All-Star.
• She was selected as a member of the All-State First Team her junior and senior seasons and was named to the All-Fairfield County Interscholastic Conference First Team her last three years at Greenwich. 
 

Personal

• Natalie Rose Paletta is the daughter of Cornell men’s lacrosse Second Team All-American Steve Paletta.
• In 1987, he captained the team to a second-place finish in the NCAA tournament in 1987 and was named to the First Team All-Ivy.
• Natalie Paletta’s mother, Christine, was also a member of the Cornell gymnastics team from 1986-1988.
• Natalie’s sister, Carolyn, is in her sophomore season of lacrosse at University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
• Natalie also has a younger sister, Grace, and is enrolled in the School of Hotel Administration.
