Biography
As a Senior (2018)
• Appeared in four games, starting against Dartmouth.
As a Junior (2017)
• Appeared in four contests for the Big Red during junior season.
• On April 4 against Binghamton, had one goal, two ground balls and one caused turnovers.
• Also had a draw control in the season-opening win over Villanova.
As a Sophomore (2016)
• Appeared in two contests as a sophomore, picking up a ground ball in a 14-5 win over Binghamton.
As a Freshman (2015)
• Appeared in 14 contests for the Big Red during rookie campaign in 2015.
• Made collegiate debut against Temple on 2/21.
• Tallied her first-collegiate goal and point in the victory over Binghamton on 3/11.
• Added a pair of ground balls in the victory against Brown on 3/21.
• Posted one caused turnover and one draw control at California on 3/29.
• Also added a ground ball and caused turnover against nationally ranked Penn State on 4/14.
Before Cornell
• Craig showed impressive growth throughout her lacrosse career at Wantagh, emerging as one of the top talents in the Northeast during her final season.
• She helped the Warriors to a conference championship in her sophomore season, while also earning All-Nassau County Honorable Mention in her sophomore and junior seasons.
• She broke out with an amazing senior season, earning All-Nassau County and Second Team All-Long Island recognition.
• The accolades continued at the conclusion of the season, as she garnered US Lacrosse All-American recognition.
• She was also selected to take part in the Long Island All-American All-Star Game, pitting all-stars from Nassau County against all-stars from Suffolk County.
• Academically, she was named a US Lacrosse Academic All-American and was also the recipient of The United States Army Scholar Athlete Award her senior year.
Personal
• Paige Elizabeth Craig is the daughter of Scott and Joan Craig.
• She has two siblings; older sister Kaleigh and younger brother Kyle.
• Her father was a four year varsity member of UMass Men’s Lacrosse (’85-’89), while her sister Kayleigh is currently a member of Northwestern Women's Lacrosse '16.
