As a graduate student (2022)

• Elected team captain.
• Started all 16 contests, posting nine caused turnovers, eight ground balls and a draw control.
• Posted a pair of caused turnovers with two ground ball wins against Colgate.
• Won two ground balls with a caused turnover against nationally-ranked Jacksonville.
 

As a senior (2021)

• Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

As a junior (2020)

• Started all six games this season, recording six caused turnovers and three ground balls.
• Won a ground ball in the win over Villanova.
• Credited with two caused turnovers against Marist.
• Won a ground ball at Colgate.
• Credited with three caused turnovers and a draw control in the win over Columbia.
 

As a sophomore (2019) 

• Started 14 games as a sophomore, collecting 11 ground balls, 10 caused turnovers and three draw controls.
• Earned a start in her collegiate debut against Villanova with a caused turnover and a draw control.
• Posted a pair of ground balls against Stony Brook, Penn and Princeton.
• Caused two turnovers in games against Harvard and Dartmouth.
 

Prior to Cornell

• Spent one year at Boston University as a member of the women’s lacrosse team, but used a medical redshirt due to an injury.
• Four-time letter winner at the Lawrenceville School and served as team captain her senior year. 
• She was twice named a US Lacrosse All-American and dubbed the Trenton Times Midfielder of the Year in 2016 and 2017.
• Played club for Ultimate Lacrosse.
• Earned All-MAPL First Team honors all four years.
• Guided The Lawrenceville School to four straight Mid-Atlantic Prep League championships and one NJ Prep A title in 2016.
• Lawrenceville’s Best Female Athlete Award recipient as a senior in 2017.
• Also competed in field hockey and was a captain of the ice hockey team her senior year.

Personal

• Reilly Christine Fletcher is the daughter of Daniel and Nancy Fletcher.
• Her brother, Connor, is a member of the Big Red men’s lacrosse team.
• Her father is a 1985 graduate of Cornell and her great uncle Bob Mealy, who ran track at Cornell, is a 1951 graduate.
• She is enrolled in the SC Johnson College of Business.
