Taylor Kolniak is the athletic trainer for field hockey, women’s lacrosse and women’s tennis at Cornell. In addition, Kolniak serves as an approved clinical instructor for the undergraduate athletic training programs for both SUNY Cortland and Ithaca College.
Kolniak is a 2018 graduate from SUNY Cortland, where she earned her degree in athletic training. During undergrad days, she worked as a student athletic trainer with the Big Red baseball team for their 2017 season. Kolniak joined the Big Red in 2019 as a graduate assistant athletic trainer working with the field hockey and baseball teams. During her graduate assistantship, she received her master's in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sport Psychology from Ithaca College in 2020. Following her graduate assistantship, Kolniak transitioned to a full-time staff member in 2021.
Kolniak has been a NATABOC certified athletic trainer since 2018. She is a native of Buffalo and currently resides in Ithaca.
