2025 | JUNIOR SEASON
Started all 14 games, tallying 23 goals and team-leading 26 assists for 49 points ... her 26 helpers ranked second on the team and showcased her playmaking ability ... also collected four ground balls, 13 caused turnovers, and seven draw controls ... recorded points in all 14 games and posted multiple points in 13 contests ... opened with six points (three goals, three assists) in Jacksonville victory ... contributed four points with one goal and three assists in 10-18 loss to Syracuse ... dominated Niagara with eight points on three goals and five assists with one game-winning tally ... contributed seven points with five goals and two assists in 20-9 win over Binghamton with one game-winning goal ... provided consistent offensive production with five points including four assists against Harvard.

2024 | SOPHOMORE SEASON
Appeared in 14 games, making five starts ... logged six points and five assists for 11 points in her second season for the Big Red ... recorded her first career goal alongside an assist in 17-4 victory at Le Moyne ... followed with a goal against No. 15 Virginia at Tierney Field and an assist in Cornell's 27th consecutive victory against Columbia ... had memorable first career start with three assists at Princeton ... had two goals in neutral site contest versus Jacksonville in Maryland and home finale against No. 10 Yale ... also won a ground ball against Dolphins and Harvard.  

2023 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Played in 13 games as a reserve, recording an assist and three ground balls ... made her collegiate debut in the season-opening road win over UAlbany ... assisted on a goal at No. 1 Syracuse ... won ground balls against Columbia, Syracuse, and Penn ... squeezed off four shots, including three in the victory over Columbia.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Named a USA Lacrosse All-American as a senior captain at Pittsford Sutherland HS ... two-time all-county and all-Greater Rochester selection ... named Offensive MVP of the Senior All-Star Game ... surpassed the 100 career goal mark ... helped the team to a pair of sectional titles and an appearance in the state semifinals as a sophomore ... was a three-year letter winner in soccer, earning all-county honors twice ... selected to compete in the Senior All-Star Game as a senior captain.

PERSONAL
Ella Rose Wilmot is the daughter of Daniel and Meredith Wilmot and has an older and younger brother ... she is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
