Biography
As a Junior (2016)
O'Hagan appeared in 11 contests as a junior, scoring a goal in a 14-7 win over Columbia. She also caused a turnover in the victory over then-nationally ranked Albany and picked up a draw control at Binghamton.
As a Sophomore (2015)
O’Hagan did not appear in any contests during the 2015 season due to injury.
As a Freshman (2014)
O’Hagan appeared in 11 games this season for the Big Red and finished with two goals and one assist. She had a season-high one goal and one assist against Columbia and picked up one ground ball against Princeton in the Ivy League Tournament semifinals. She also had one caused turnover against Binghamton.
Before Cornell
O'Hagan was a dual-sport athlete at Fox Lane High School, playing four years of lacrosse and three years of soccer, both in the midfield. She was named to the Section 1 first team all four years for lacrosse and was a two-time All-League selection for the Foxes' soccer team. O'Hagan served as a team captain on her lacrosse squad as a senior and was named Academic All-American that same year. She was also a member of the CT Chargers club team.

Kailey Elizabeth O'Hagan is the daughter of John and Kathleen O'Hagan. She has an older sister named Kaitlin and a younger sister Nuala.
