2024 | JUNIOR SEASON
Appeared in 13 contests for the Big Red, tallying five goals for five points ... also had one game-winning goal ... opened the season with a goal in victory over California Golden Bears ... also found the back of the net against Columbia to help Cornell to 27th consecutive victory over Lions ... followed with goals in consecutive contests at Binghamton and Colgate ... finished season with a tally and ground ball against Brown.Â
2023 I SOPHOMORE SEASON
Saw action in all 15 of the team's games, ending the season with seven goals and one assist for eight points ... added seven ground balls, two caused turnovers and 10 draw controls on the season, all career-best marks ... posted a hat trick, including the game-winner, and added two draw controls, in the season-opening win at UAlbany ... scored on both free position attempts against the Great Danes ... credited with her first collegiate assist in the win over Colgate ... also scored single goals in wins against Dartmouth, Columbia, and UConn ... credited with four draw controls wins and two ground balls at No. 1 Syracuse.
2022 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Saw action in eight contests as a reserve, scoring three goals and adding a draw control ... made her collegiate debut and scored her first goal in the win over Binghamton ... tallied twice and won a draw control in the Ivy win against Columbia ... put all six of her shots on goal.
PRIOR TO CORNELL
DiChiara was a three-time all-league selection as a midfielder at John Jay HS-Cross River .. was a 2021 U.S. Lacrosse Scholastic All-American ... helped team to a pair of league titles, one trip to the state semifinals, and a state runner-up finish ... academic all-state pick as a freshman and sophomore ... earned the state’s Sportsmanship Award at the state championships in 2019 after scoring 40 goals with 20 assists and added 28 draw controls, 38 ground balls, and 13 caused turnovers ... helped the team to a league and sectional title as a senior ... also played four seasons of varsity soccer, earning all-conference accolades twice ... part of four league championship squads, including a 2018 team that won a sectional title and made the regional finals.

Mia Kei DiChiara is the daughter of George DiChiara and Kaori Nakamura and has a younger brother ... her cousin, Matthew Crawford ‘16, ran track and field and cross country at Cornell ... she is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
