Prior to Cornell

• Lettered four times in lacrosse at Princeton High School.
• Served as team captain as a senior.
• Three-time All-Colonial Valley Conference selection. 
• 2018 Princeton High School Defensive MVP.
• Lettered three times in soccer, earning two all-conference selections. 
 

Personal

• Patrick Byrne Jacobs is the son of Chris Jacobs and Marie Sheehan. 
• A triplet along with brother Ian and sister Margaret. 
• Ian also plays lacrosse for the Big Red.
• Older sister, Elizabeth, plays lacrosse at Dartmouth. 
• Father, Chris, won two gold and one silver medal in swimming at the 1988 Summer Olympic Games in Seoul, South Korea … He was a 20-time All-American at Texas. 
• Mother, Marie, played field hockey and ran track at North Carolina. 
• Three uncles were Division I student-athletes, as John and Tim Sheehan played lacrosse at Brown and UNC, respectively, while Patrick Sheehan played football at UNC.
• Enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
