2024 | FIFTH YEAR
Started all 15 games on attack for the Big Red, tallying 16 goals and five assists for 21 points ... also scooped up five ground balls and had four caused turnovers in her final season ... recorded a point in 12 of 15 games and had multi-point performances in six contests ... opened season with a goal and two ground balls against California ... followed that up with her first career hat trick at Le Moyne ... had her second hat trick of the season alongside a caused turnover to help Big Red to Ivy opening victory against Dartmouth ... continued multi-point spree with two goals for Cornell's 27th straight win over Columbia, a goal and two assist performance at Binghamton, and goal and assist against Penn State ... had final multi-point performance against Jacksonville, tallying a goal and assist ... had goal on senior day versus Yale to finish Big Red career with 50 points. 

2023 I SENIOR SEASON
Played in 14 contests as a reserve, scoring one goal with three ground ball victories ... found the back of the net at Penn ... posted ground balls against Cal, Stanford, and UConn.

2022 I JUNIOR SEASON
Third on the team in goals (24) and fourth in points (26) while starting 11 times in 16 appearances ... netted goals on 6-of-9 free-position attempts ... scooped up 13 ground balls with four caused turnovers and three draw controls ... scored on 49 percent of her shots and put nearly 76 percent of her shots on target ... had a career-high four goals along with five ground balls in the season-opening win at Villanova ... also scored four goals vs. Albany ... tallied three times at Binghamton and again at Harvard ... had a goal and won three draws against Penn State.

2021 I SOPHOMORE SEASON
Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2020 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Played in all six contests with two goals, including the game-winner vs. Columbia ... made her collegiate debut in the season-opening win over Villanova ... scored her first collegiate goal at Colgate .. tallied what proved to be the game-winner vs. Columbia.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Named to the US Lacrosse All-America team as a senior at St. Paul's School ... first-team all-league accolades while taking home team Offensive MVP honors during her senior year ...helped the team claim a regional title in 2019 and 2016 Under Armour Lacrosse Tournament crown ... selected to represent NH/VT Team 1 at the US Lacrosse Schoolgirls National Tournament in 2017 and 2018 ... earned a total of 12 varsity letters while also competing in field hockey and basketball ... captained all three sports during her senior campaign ... was an all-league pick in basketball, capturing the school's Coach's Award ... recipient of "Excellence in Leadership and Play" as a senior field hockey player.

PERSONAL
Sophie Holbrook Ward is the daughter of Seth and Penny Ward and has an older sister and brother ... her sister, Charlotte, played lacrosse at Stanford and was a two-year captain ... her brother, Owen, played lacrosse at Wesleyan ... her father played one season of basketball and four years of golf at Yale ... she is enrolled in the School of Hotel Administration.
