2007-08 Season

Facing stiff competition, including three nationally ranked opponents, Googe won six singles matches, three which came in the always tough Ivy League. Her competitive spirit was on display throughout the season, with three of her wins coming in three set matches, including an 11-9 third set marathon against Quinnipiac. Partnering with Chis Sinziana at No. 1 doubles, Googe also posted six doubles wins. During an impressive fall season, she reached the semifinals of the Cornell Fall Invitational, the third round of the USTA/BJK College Tennis Invitational and qualified for the ITA East Regional Championships.

A four-time state doubles champion, Googe also helped her team at the Webb School of Knoxville to three state championships.
