PRIOR TO CORNELL:
Charlotte Nowak joins the Big Red from Dana Point, Calif., where she starred as an outside hitter at JSerra Catholic High School. A four-year letter winner, she helped lead the Lions to a CIF championship while earning All-County, All-CIF and All-League honors. She was also recognized as a Scholar Athlete, received the Lion Award and was a recipient of the Coach's Award. In addition to indoor volleyball, Nowak competed in beach volleyball, helping JSerra reach the CIF semifinals while earning All-CIF, All-League and Scholar Athlete recognition. She also contributed to a CIF championship basketball team. Outside of high school competition, Nowak played club volleyball for Wave Volleyball Club, helping the program earn a bronze medal at the 2025 Tour of Texas and national rankings as high as No. 11 in the country. Earlier in her club career with Tstreet Volleyball Club, she served as a co-captain, won a bronze medal at the 2023 USA Volleyball National Championships (National Division) and captured a West Coast Cup title.

PERSONAL:
Charlotte Clare Nowak is the daughter of Kristin and Robert Nowak and has one younger sister, Katherine. She is enrolled in the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management and plans to pursue a career in management consulting. A native of Dana Point, Calif., she was born in Beverly Hills, Calif. Beyond athletics, Nowak was an active member of the California Scholarship Federation throughout high school and served in leadership roles through JSerra's Caritas Christi program and student shadow initiative.
